A Lorne Summer Challenge Fest, Polls/Thoughts...

So hey *waves* been thinking about this for a bit... my thought is to kinda copy smallfandomfest in regards to open prompts & claiming. Meaning I'll set a date to start making prompts, I'm thinking May 15 to the 30th, then to open up so people can claim a prompt. IE of prompt: Lorne/Sheppard, first-time, awkward or Lorne/authors choice, drunken confession. Anyone can post a prompt; you don't have to pick/make a claim afterwards. Any member can pick a prompt; you don't have to post prompts to make a claim. One prompt claim per person at a time, but once you post you can claim another prompt. I'm thinking the fest will be open to claim/posting from June 1st to August 15. If popular we can do another fest Sept-Nov.

My own thought is that to get maximum exposure (hee! I like the idea of exposed!Lorne) for our dear Major EvanLorne, we should encourage all genres-- even if it's stuff like tentacle porn or mpreg, which I personally prefer not to read-- because there is always somebody out there who will want to read it and will appreciate what the writer has written. And if a fic is labeled or has a warning, then if it's not our cup of tea, we can just move on the next fic.

Yeah I kinda agree ;) Ha, the Lorne/tentacle porn I actually read somewhere. It was a McShep fic, but ended with Lorne & tentacle sex, lol definitely crack!
