Oh, this is fantastic! And I'm sorry to see, if the AO3 link is any judge, that it's the only writing you've done. I love the subtle humour running through the whole piece, making me literally laugh aloud without trying, and your characters all feel beautifully spot on, with a special nod to John and Teyla. You've given her this spark that the show so often fails to. And of course, it's a really fascinating exploration of Lorne and learning how to live in Atlantis. I love the theme of found family and community and this story does it so, so, so beautifully!
