Title: Point of Origin
Author:
slybrarian
Rating: Adult
Pairings: McKay/Lorne, Lorne/Parrish, Sam Winchester / No One
Series: Acceleration (Fic the First)
Words: 24,770
Author's Notes: This is the first part of a new series of fics inspired by, among other things, Glasshouse by Charles Stross. It is currently slightly light on the plot, but things will get increasingly serious, especially once the Atlantis Expedition hits the Singularity like a battleship running over a dinghy and the IOA reacts predictably.
Summary: Evan Lorne absolutely does not have a crush on Rodney McKay. That's why his latest assignment - filling in for Colonel Sheppard off-world after an injury during a heroic rescue mission - will not be a problem at all. Nope, not in the least. Also featuring, in no particular order, botanical mischief, alien purity rituals, yoga, and bonus Winchester action.
